Returns & Refund Policy

At Cherr-ysh, every product is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Preference for another color or design
• Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout

However, only size exchanges are accepted, provided the print and color is in stock. We dont accept returns under any circumstances.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please mail us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue
• An unboxing video is a must

After reviewing your request, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
